This sauce became very popular in many countries of the world where it is used as an all-purpose hot sauce. It can be found both in Vietnamese rice noodle soup and beef, and on top of sushi, pizza, french fries or sandwiches in the USA.
Preparation: A versatile sauce, added at the end of cooking or to a ready dish. Also used as a dip.
