Curry made of sour paste has the form of a broth, usually is served with fish and sour additions like tamarind or pineapple.
Preparation (for 2 - 3 people): Cook 200 g of fish meat or shrimps, then pound it with the content of the Sour Curry paste sachet (50g). Add mixed paste to 400 ml of boiling broth. Add tamarind paste and season as preferred. Add fish fillet or shrimps and your favourite vegetables and simmer untill cooked. Serve with steamed rice.
Ingredients: dried red chilli 40%, shallot 30%, salt 15%, garlic 15%
