Not very spicy, sweetish mix of spices and herbs with turmeric dominant. The yellow curry is cooked mostly by combining the paste with coconut milk, chicken, potatoes and onions.
Preperation: (for 2 - 3 people): Stir 50g of the Yellow Curry paste with 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil and gentle heat for while. Add 400 ml of coconut milk, keep stirring until the sauce is well mixed. Add 250g of your favourite meat, 100g of potatoes and 50g of onion, simmer until cooked. Season as preferred, serve with steamed rice.
