Preparation: For hot ginger drink: Pour ginger powder in a glass of boiling water (200 ml) and stir well.For cold ginger drink: Pour ginger powder in a glass of boiling water (50 ml) and stir well. Serve in glasses filled with ice. A good addition will be a slice of orange or lemon.
Ingredients: Ginger 80%, sucrose 20%
