Description A thick paste which combines spicy chilli peppers, garlic and fragrant Thai sweet basil leaves. It is mainly used to prepare Thai basil stir-fry. Small amount of this fragrant paste added to any meat or vegetables makes the meal authentic Thai.
Preparation: Add 2 - 3 spoons of the paste to the heated oil, then favoured meat or seafood and others ingredients as required. Stir together untill cook.
