Thin, delicate slices made of rice with a diameter of 22 cm. Rice paper is a base ingredient for cooking popular Vietnamese and Thai spring rolls. Also used as a protective underlay for baking excellent cookies.
Preparation: Damp with warm water, put on a cloth. Wrap the stuffing, deep fry in oil until it gets a golden color.
